When I was growing up and searching for life answers I became confused, conflicted and angry about being lied to. All the information I could find was difficult to understand and and even harder to put into practice.
After 30 years of Life Coaching, Healing Teaching and Training I decided to write my own book and make it so easy to understand that everyone would "get it". I just wanted everyone to be able to understand the same information, easily. If you do not understand something then it is of no use to you right?
So Ive made every effort to make this simple. You see life CAN be easily understood and No you should not need a literary degree to understand it.

At 57 years of age, and thanks to the encouragement of my wonderful partner it has come time to do this and get my simple message out there. Call it my legacy :)
I wake up happy every day, glad to be alive and I go to bed happy. I have love and give love and have the love of my amazing two sons. I live to be of service to others and enjoy what I do.
